Dr. Amina Aitsi-Selmi is a medical doctor with twelve years of experience in the health sector.

She has experience in eleven different clinical specialities, including general practice. Her PhD examined the psychosocial theory of stress with Professor Sir Michael Marmot, Director of the UCL Institute of Health Equity and the current President of the World Medical Association for 2015-16. She has worked as a clinician, researcher and policy & strategy advisor at the local, national and international level including with the Department of Health, Chatham House and the United Nations.

She is a certified coach from the Anthony Robbins school (Anthony Robbins is one of the top transformational and peak performance coaches in the world). Her approach integrates clinical knowledge, research and coaching techniques to provide supportive and effective interventions for her clients. She focuses on supporting high achievers who want to prevent burnout and/or transition to another stage of their life or career and perform successfully. She offers mindfulness-based stress-reduction, career transition planning and implementation, leadership skills and relationship skills development as well as the opportunity to work on areas specific to high achievers such as perfectionism, caretaking and overworking.

Dr. Aamir Ayub completed his junior doctor's training at Blackpool Victoria and Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport. Thereafter, he went to Hammersmith Hospital, London for one year training in cardiology leading to a diploma in cardiology by the University of London.

Dr. Ayub returned to the North West and undertook his MD at Manchester Royal Infirmary with Professor Paul Durrington, which he successfully completed in 1999. For the following 8 years, he was based at Wythenshawe Hospital where he gained vast experience in echocardiography and invasive cardiology including coronary angiography, right heart catheters, single and dual chamber pacemaker implantations, loop recorder implantations, implantation of ICD’s and biventricular pacemakers.

Dr. Ayub has carried out more than 2000 coronary angiograms and over 1000 pacemakers. He carries out these procedures as part of his NHS work on regular basis. He is also involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teachings and delivers lectures across the Northwest as a guest speaker. He is currently the clinical supervisor for trainee registrars at the Tameside Hospital NHS Trust.

Mr. Chong enrolled in the Zen School of Shiatsu, London EC2 in 2004 and received his Certificate in Practical Shiatsu (CPS). He then took a position at the Zen Shiatsu School for the Vitality and Mind Body Spirit (MBS) festivals (2004-2013). There he treated patients' (back, shoulders, necks etc.) at the Zen Shiatsu exhibition stand for stress, pain relief and muscle injuries.

Between 2012 and 2014, Mr. Chong practised at Charing Cross Sports Club (part of Charing Cross Hospital, London) treating outpatients and others for illnesses and body pains.

Mr. Chong was also engaged by Capital Radio for Shiatsu massage exhibitions, to treat participants at events at Chelsea Football club and at the London Marathon.
